1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
• No refund will be issued once the service has been fully delivered or the project has been completed and approved.
• Refunds are not applicable on domain registrations, hosting plans, or third-party tools integrated into the project.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Domain registration and renewal
• Web hosting packages once activated
• Digital marketing or advertising campaigns after initiation
• Maintenance or support plans already in use

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please email us at helpdesk@mineib.com with the following information:

• Full Name
• Invoice/Order Number
• Reason for refund
• Service or product in question

Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account and suspend all services immediately.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments or refunds will be handled through customer support, and if unresolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Faridabad, Haryana, India.
